Mr. DJ Jeyaram shifted his law firm's focus to helping families with special needs in 2009 when his son was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition. DJ specializes in special needs trusts, wills, guardianship, conservatorship, and appealing Katie Beckett & NOW/COMP denials. DJ is nationally recognized for his contributions to the special needs community and has received numerous local, regional and national awards for his legal work and advocacy.
Prior to establishing his own practice, DJ was with large firms’ healthcare groups. In addition, DJ’s experience includes serving as the Deputy Director for Legal Services with the Georgia Department of Community Health and as a Georgia Administrative Law Judge with the Office of State Administrative Hearings. In his role as an Administrative Law Judge, DJ presided over Katie Beckett and NOW/COMP hearings.
Today, DJ continues to help families protect their loved ones with special needs trusts and estate planning, while also serving the greater community as a part-time Magistrate Judge.

Ashley graduated from the University of Washington School of Law, where she focused on public interest law. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Emory University and a Master’s Degree in Social Policy from the London School of Economics.
She is an active participant with the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation, serving as their Legislative and Advocacy Committee Chair. Furthermore, she is also a parent-advisor for the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta complex care clinic board.

Maria is a full-time speech therapist and Director of Client Services at Kidspeech. She has more than 20 years experience providing speech and feeding therapy.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, volunteering in the community, and decorating for Halloween.

Charlotte was DJ's son's amazing service dog since his son was 4 years old. Charlotte passed away in 2024, but forever remains the firm's much loved mascot.
