Experienced Administrative Law Attorneys

Mr. DJ Jeyaram was a Georgia Administrative Law Judge at OSAH and has presided over a wide range of licensing and administrative law cases.  As a result, Mr. Jeyaram has an intimate understanding of how the system works and can help you with any type of administrative hearing.

Further, Mr. Jeyaram has significant experience appearing before the Composite State Medical Board and the Department of Community Health, representing more than 70 providers against state audit and recoupment actions. In addition, he has represented several healthcare providers before the Office of Regulatory Services and the federal Department of Health and Human Services.

In addition, attorney Mr. Harrison Kohler represented the Department of Community Health (DCH) for nine years in both administrative hearings and negotiations with attorneys for Medicaid providers.

Prior to joining DCH, Mr. Kohler served as an Assistant Attorney Gerneral, which included 10 years as a prosecutor in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. During that time, he had 90 jury trials, including both criminal and civil, in 15 different superior courts and two federal districts in Georgia.
